Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate for our Orange Hills, Orange Town & Country, Irvine Woodbury, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Huntington Beach locations to serve as our guests' first point of contact and handle all aspects of their experience. Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage appointment book Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and appointment dates) Welcome guests upon their arrival Provide information about our location and service offerings Promote our Wellness Program to first time guests. Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate Skills Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills
