Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Provide information on services offered, including mailbox rentals, shipping options, and printing services.
Mailbox Services:
Manage mailbox rentals, renewals, and cancellations. Notify customers of received mail and packages. Ensure mail and packages are stored securely and accurately.
Shipping Services:
Assist customers with packaging and shipping needs. Provide information on various shipping options and rates. Process shipping transactions using multiple carrier systems (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
Printing Services:
Operate printing, copying, and scanning equipment. Assist customers with print orders, including business cards, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials. Ensure high-quality output and timely completion of print jobs.
Sales and Marketing:
Promote store services and products to customers. Upsell additional services and products when appropriate. Assist with in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
Store Operations:
Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and manage the point-of-sale system.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Escalate complex problems to the store manager as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public is a Plus Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using computers and office equipment. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment. Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information confidentially. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
