As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you'll drive enrollment for a government-supported wireless program that provides Orange County households with accessible communications devices and service plans. There is no hidden agenda - only accessible connectivity that works. The Entry Level Sales Agent will execute in-person outreach solutions to bring wireless service plans and devices to those in need. As the Entry Level Sales Agent, you will qualify eligible customers, initiate the enrollment process, and finalize the order. Core Functions of the Entry-Level Sales Agent Execute community outreach strategies and connect eligible community members with reliable wireless service plans and devices Qualify leads by analyzing household requirements and aligning them with tailored wireless, internet, and bundled connectivity solutions. Strengthen team success by collaborating with peers, learning from senior representatives, and contributing to a performance‑driven sales culture. Present service options clearly, address product inquiries, and guide households toward scalable connectivity packages that meet evolving needs. Maintain data accuracy by documenting interactions, tracking conversions, and analyzing performance data to refine sales strategies. Advance professional expertise through structured training in consultative sales, account management, and emerging telecom technologies. Skills & Experience Needed for the
Entry Level Sales Agent:
Experience in customer support, retail, or sales is valued, especially within consumer connectivity or subscription services. Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to adapt messaging and drive service adoption. Stays composed under pressure and keeps conversations solution-focused. Adapts quickly to shifting workflows, priorities, and customer volume. Demonstrates reliability through consistent follow-through and timely updates. Breaks down complex eligibility or plan details into easy, actionable guidance.
