Sales Associate Medical Professionals - 4.0 Irvine, CA Job Details Temporary | Full-time $25 - $27 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Loan payment processing Loan collections High school diploma or GED Loan application intake Loan servicing Cash handling Full Job Description Job Overview The ideal candidate is a motivated, relationship-driven professional with strong consultative sales skills and a passion for supporting agricultural employers with tailored employee benefit solutions. The position requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, along with the ability to explain benefit programs, support enrollment processes, and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines. The Sales Associate will work closely with internal teams to support onboarding, renewals, and ongoing client success within the agricultural benefits space. •
Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm (Hybrid schedule)
Pay:
$25-$27 per hour• What you'll be doing: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural sector, including farms, ranches, dairies, packing houses, processors, and related agribusinesses Conduct outreach through phone calls, in-person meetings, networking events, referrals, and industry associations Present MEWA and ERISA trust-based employee benefit solutions to prospective employer groups and stakeholders Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and supporting materials Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, sales progress, and account updates Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and agricultural workforce needs Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with employer groups, brokers, consultants, and community partners Serve as a trusted resource regarding benefit offerings, enrollment processes, and service support Educate clients and prospects on health plans, ancillary benefits, compliance basics, and trust participation requirements Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, client services, and compliance to support onboarding and renewals Assist with open enrollment meetings, presentations, and employee education events as needed Maintain accurate documentation within CRM and internal systems Support overall client satisfaction, retention, and engagement efforts Other duties and projects as assigned What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with diverse agricultural employers and stakeholders Comfortable working in a consultative, relationship-focused sales environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong organizational and time management skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory Good to have: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, insurance, employee benefits, or agricultural business Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field Experience with employee benefits, health insurance, MEWA, or ERISA-related organizations Knowledge of agricultural industry operations and workforce needs Bilingual English/Spanish skills California Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain)
Jonathan Primary Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have at least 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, insurance, employee benefits, or agricultural business? Are you proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software?
