• Team Member Position We are looking for positive and motivated people to join our team! We're a family run business providing school uniforms and custom products. Our mission is to provide uniform apparel that is properly fitted for the students, is budget smart for the parents, and is compliant with the school's programs to support the learning and social environment of the school. We were established in 2005 and are the largest school uniform supplier in San Diego county. We serve many local schools and operate a physical store where parents and students can come to try on and purchase uniforms. We also operate an online store that we fulfill and produce in our retail store. Our Seasonal Team Members are here to provide support during the busy back to school season. Seasonal Team Members should have a willingness to learn in a fast paced environment in order to best serve our customers.

August/September Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist customers with in-store uniform fittings with a friendly attitude. Monitor stock on the sales floor and replenish as necessary. Assist in housekeeping of the sales floor, stock rooms, and other areas of the store. Fulfill web orders by pulling the correct products and ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the fulfillment and production process, using the same skill sets as serving in-store customers.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience dealing with the public and having excellent people interaction skills with a friendly and outgoing attitude. Ability to read, write, count, and communicate with store staff and customers. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, to take initiative to complete tasks. Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store. Availability is expected Tuesdays through Fridays after 9:30 and/or before 6:30 and Saturdays before 3:30. Computer proficiency with the ability to use phones, tablets, cash register, and other technology. Ability to be on your feet most of the day and moving around the sales floor and stock room. Ability to maneuver merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs. Physical activities include engaging in repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, reaching and/or using a step stool on a frequent basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Retail customer service experience Bilingual (English, Spanish)
