Job Description
Closing the deal is only part of the job; the Wireless Enrollment Associate also makes sure customers actually understand what they're signing up for before anything gets finalized. Verizon's wireless campaign in San Diego depends on speed, accuracy, and follow-through during the enrollment process. The Wireless Enrollment Associate handles all three: speaking directly with residential customers, drafting sales agreements, completing enrollments, and making sure each account is finalized correctly before moving on to the next customer. Wireless Enrollment Associate Duties & Responsibilities Meet directly with residential customers to discuss Verizon wireless products and service options Explain pricing, coverage, promotions, and plan structures in a way that keeps the enrollment process clear Draft sales contracts and complete enrollments accurately from start to finish Use consultative sales techniques to recommend plans based on customer usage and household needs Handle customer questions, objections, and account concerns during the enrollment process Maintain organized customer records, completed applications, and active sales documentation Work alongside other Wireless Enrollment Associate team members to support outreach and revenue goals throughout San Diego Wireless Enrollment Associate Qualifications Strong communication skills and comfort speaking directly with customers, clients, and fellow Wireless Enrollment Associate team members Ability to stay organized while handling multiple enrollments and follow-ups Confidence managing sales conversations and guiding customers toward decisions Interest in telecommunications, customer interaction, and long-term sales growth Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with individual goals Previous customer-facing experience is helpful but not required Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply Perks & Benefits for our Wireless Enrollment Associates In-house training designed for entry level team members Access to experienced industry professionals to help develop your career in sales and telecommunications Weekly pay plus uncapped commission bonuses tied directly to completed sales results Local and international travel opportunities for top performers Biweekly team nights and events 401(k) eligibility for full-time
