Job Description

We're hiring energetic Sales Associates for a busy women's fashion boutique.
You are:
Customer-first and confident on the floor Strong at styling, relationship selling, and add-on sales Goal-driven (you like hitting targets and earning bonuses) Reliable, fast-paced, and team-oriented You will: Drive sales through customer engagement, styling, and complete looks Focus on increasing conversion, units per transaction, accessories, and email capture Execute strong fitting-room follow-up and maximize every sales opportunity Maintain a clean, organized, and visually strong sales floor Support daily operations, merchandising, and
POS Pay:
Up to $20/hr + bonuses (top performers can earn $300+/month+)
Pay:
$22.28 - $26.83 per hour
