Our ideal candidate has a genuine love for dogs, an outgoing personality, great communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must. Previous retail/reception experience a plus. This is a great opportunity for a college student or stay at home parent looking for a few hours a week.
Job Description:
Greet all customers in a welcoming manner. Assist grooming clients during drop off and pick up. Lead onboarding process for new clients to include:
  • Gather all necessary documents, information, and shot records.
  • Communicate with Animal Hospitals to obtain medical information when needed.
Rebook and confirm grooming appointments via phone, text and/or email. Answer phones, book, confirm, reschedule and follow up on appointments when needed. Always maintain a clean and well-organized sales floor. Process payments to include cash, credit/debit, and gift cards. Assist with inventory, including receiving, and stocking merchandise. Communicate any product sales, specials and/or promotions. Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Computer skills
