Job Summary As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for brides-to-be. You will assist clients in selecting their dream wedding attire and accessories while providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in retail and strong communication skills will help guide customers through their choices, ensuring they feel confident and beautiful on their special day. This job pays hourly plus commission. Responsibilities Provide personalized consultations to brides, understanding their vision and preferences for their wedding attire. Assist clients in selecting dresses, veils, and accessories that complement their style and budget. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented. Utilize cash register systems and POS technology to process transactions efficiently. Demonstrate excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and addressing any concerns or questions. Conduct product demos when necessary to showcase the features of various bridal products. Maintain knowledge of current bridal trends, styles, and fabrics to provide informed recommendations. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers. Requirements Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, particularly in a bridal or formal wear setting. Strong skills in cash register operations and retail math to manage transactions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries from potential clients. A passion for weddings and an understanding of bridal fashion trends is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele effectively. Speaking Spanish is a plus.
