If you enjoy working with customers, building relationships, and want to develop real experience in sales, customer service, account management, customer engagement, and business development, this opportunity was built for you. As a Sales Team Member, you'll work directly with customers in face-to-face interactions to explain wireless and internet services, support account setup, answer questions, and help customers select services that match their needs. This is a full-time, customer-facing position focused on customer acquisition, sales performance, and customer support. What You'll Be Doing Work directly with customers regarding wireless, internet, and telecommunications services Explain pricing, promotions, service plans, and account features clearly and professionally Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, upgrades, service activations, and account support Build strong customer relationships through communication, trust, and ongoing engagement Help customers compare plans and choose service options based on usage and household needs Support daily customer acquisition, customer engagement, and sales activity goals Maintain accurate customer records, account activity, and sales tracking information Stay informed on current promotions, wireless technology, and telecommunications services What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in sales, business, customer support, or account management Comfortable in a customer-facing, performance-driven environment Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Retail, hospitality, customer service, warehouse, or sales experience is helpful but not required
