Retail Store Associate (Full-Time)

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Retail Store Associate to join our team at a fast-growing Western retail and specialty food store. This is more than just a retail job — we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to grow with a brand.

What You'll Do:

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment Operate the register (Square POS) and handle transactions accurately Restock shelves and keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked Assist with merchandising and creating visually appealing displays Help manage inventory and communicate low stock items Prepare samples and maintain product presentation standards Open and close the store as needed

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and shows up on time (this is very important) Strong work ethic and ability to stay busy without constant direction Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to customers Fast learner and able to problem solve independently Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work weekends and peak hours Retail or customer service experience is a plus Bonus Skills (Not Required): Social media experience (TikTok / Instagram) Merchandising or display experience Interest in Western lifestyle brands
