You'll be the face of the brand on the sales floor helping customers feel welcomed informed and confident in their purchases. This role blends product knowledge personality and professionalism while keeping everything compliant and smooth. Job Functions Be a team player who contributes to a positive supportive and professional work environment Deliver an elevated one stop shop cannabis experience through exceptional customer service and diverse product knowledge Promote a culture rooted in respect positivity and healthy interactions aligned with company values Guide customers toward cannabis products that fit their needs preferences budget and past experiences Demonstrate strong cannabis knowledge and create memorable personalized customer experiences Build authentic relationships that turn first time visitors into loyal regulars Support sales goals customer visit goals and key business metrics Fulfill pickup and online orders accurately and efficiently Look for opportunities daily to improve operations customer experience and business results Follow all company training operational standards and procedures Stay informed on company communications updates and directives Comply with all company policies programs and expectations Adhere to all local state and federal cannabis laws including DCC regulations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Open availability strongly preferred Ability to work days evenings weekends holidays and overnight shifts as needed Management reserves the right to assign schedules based on business needs Physical Demands The physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform this role.
