This is an individual contributor role•you will be on the phones, in the CRM, and on the front lines of lead conversion every single day. We are looking for someone who loves the grind of sales: making calls, building rapport, setting appointments, and moving leads through the pipeline. Our ISA Department is the engine that drives growth — and you will be a key part of that engine. About the ISA Department The ISA Department serves as the front line of our sales organization and is responsible for: Lead conversion Appointment generation Database follow-up Lead nurturing Speed-to-lead performance CRM management and accountability Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to new and existing leads in the database Respond to inbound leads with speed and urgency (speed-to-lead focus) Qualify leads and gather key information to determine readiness and motivation Set and confirm appointments for agents on the team Follow up with leads consistently using structured follow-up sequences Manage and maintain lead records accurately in Follow Up Boss (FUB) Complete daily tasks, follow-up actions, and pipeline updates in the CRM Participate in daily huddles, role-play sessions, and team training Track personal performance metrics including dials, contacts, and appointments set Continuously improve scripts, objection handling, and conversion skills•Growth Opportunity into
Managment:
Performance Management Track and improve key performance indicators Monitor lead conversion, appointments set, appointments met, and follow-up activity Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement Create performance improvement plans when necessary Lead Conversion & Sales Growth Improve lead-to-appointment conversion rates Ensure fast and consistent lead response Optimize follow-up systems and processes Partner with agents to improve appointment quality and conversion Drive growth through improved sales execution and accountability CRM & Systems Management Ensure proper use of Follow Up Boss Monitor lead routing, accountability, and database management Maintain data accuracy and reporting standards Work closely with leadership to improve systems and workflows•Required Experience & Skills Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals Minimum 2 years of inside sales, telemarketing, or phone-based sales experience Real estate sales or lead conversion experience (desired) Strong verbal communication skills — confident, clear, and engaging on the phone Ability to handle objections professionally and pivot conversations effectively Self-motivated with a strong personal drive to hit and exceed goals Comfortable with high call volume and a fast-paced environment Experience using a CRM for pipeline management and follow-up (Follow Up Boss preferred) Reliable, organized, and accountable to daily activity standards Must reside within one hour of our Long Beach, CA office Preferred Qualifications California Real Estate License (active or inactive) Residential real estate sales experience Experience using KPI tracking platforms Experience building and improving sales processes The Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves being on the phone and connecting with people Is naturally competitive and motivated by performance and results Holds yourself accountable — you track your numbers and take ownership Thrives in structure and responds well to coaching and feedback Is positive, professional, and persistent — even when it is tough Wants to grow: personally, professionally, and financially Compensation & Benefits Base salary + performance-based commission/bonus structure Expected annual earnings: $65,000•$120,000+ based on performance 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Professional development support Direct mentorship and coaching from experienced sales leadership
