Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Soccer Store Retail Associate role based in Long Beach, CA. The Retail Associate will greet customers, assist with product questions, and help recommend the right cleats, apparel, equipment, and accessories based on customer needs. Employees are expected to actively engage with customers while still creating a comfortable and welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise displays, restocking shelves, organizing backroom inventory, processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and helping keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day. Team members will also assist with store cleaning, receiving shipments, inventory counts, promotions, and in-store events. This role requires someone who can multitask, stay attentive, take initiative, and remain productive during both busy and slower periods. We are looking for dependable team members who work well with others, follow directions properly, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Weekend, holiday, and flexible availability is REQUIRED.
Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Interest or knowledge in soccer/futbol products is a plus, and training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to multitask and help in different areas of the store including sales floor, cashier, restocking, cleaning, and customer service Interest or knowledge in soccer/futbol products is preferred, but willingness to learn is just as important Must stay attentive, take initiative, and remain productive during slower periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions properly Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment throughout the day Able to stand for extended periods and safely move merchandise when needed Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required Pay:
