Based in Los Angeles, we focus on building strong relationships, delivering measurable results, and creating standout customer experiences for every person we work with. Due to continued growth in the telecom sector, we're hiring Entry Level Sales Agents to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, solving problems, and representing top-tier wireless products and services in the community. As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you will: Engage with customers in person to understand their communication needs and recommend tailored phone solutions. Present telecom services clearly and professionally during daily field operations. Identify sales and enrollment opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach. Develop strong product knowledge, including plans, coverage, and promotions. Work closely with teammates and leadership to ensure smooth service activation and a positive customer experience. Conduct in-person consultations to assess current and future connectivity needs. Take part in outreach initiatives and sales projects that drive client satisfaction and performance. Entry Level Sales Agent:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred. Willingness to learn telecom products and services quickly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
