We are now seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a AT&T Sales Associate. As a AT&T Sales Associate, you'll connect businesses and customers with optimal telecom solutions through direct customer engagement. Our training certifies you as a AT&T Sales Associate expert in high-speed internet, voice services, and entertainment packages, equipping you to assess needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure seamless enrollments.
AT&T Sales Associate Duties:
Represent AT&T's services by engaging with prospective customers and business owners Conduct direct sales presentations to recommend customized internet, voice, and entertainment solutions to local businesses Explain product features and benefits, aligning recommendations with customer lifestyles, budget requirements, and business needs Deliver clear, persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of AT&T telecom services Handle account setup tasks, including enrollments, activations, and plan changes for smooth onboarding Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate guidance to ensure ongoing satisfaction Stay informed on product updates and promotions, and consistently strive to exceed sales goals Work collaboratively with peers and leaders to share knowledge and achieve team objectives
AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or similar client-facing roles is a plus! Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to engage directly and effectively with diverse customers in a clear, empathetic, and persuasive manner. Demonstrated active listening skills and a proactive problem-solving approach aimed at delivering personalized customer solutions. A strong, results-oriented drive with a positive attitude and resilience in achieving sales objectives. Proficient in using basic digital tools, including tablets, smartphones, and a readiness to learn more Detail-oriented, punctual, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and consistent sales excellence.
