This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and helping customers explore AT&T products and services in a professional and positive environment. As an AT&T Team Member, you will interact directly with customers to answer questions, provide product information, and support customer experiences related to AT&T wireless, internet, and device services. The AT&T Team Member plays an important role in creating positive customer interactions while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member Speak with customers about AT&T wireless plans, internet services, devices, and promotions Provide helpful and professional customer support during in-person interactions Explain AT&T products and service options in a clear and easy-to-understand way Assist customers with general questions regarding plans, upgrades, and account options Support customer engagement efforts by identifying services that match customer needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up communication Work collaboratively with other AT&T Team Members to support daily customer and sales goals Stay informed on current AT&T products, services, and promotional offers Create a positive and welcoming experience for every customer interaction as an AT&T Team Member Follow company guidelines and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Organized, dependable, and adaptable Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or similar fields is helpful but not required Basic familiarity with smartphones, wireless devices, and internet services is a plus Willingness to learn and grow within a customer-focused role

$57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
