We are a strong, striving, and growing company that has not been phased by the pandemic. Our mission is to help our guests celebrate every monumental moment with gifts that last a lifetime and generations to come. We are looking for a Retail Sales Associates that is reliable and responsible with a positive and ambitious attitude. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. Someone who has experience and desire to promptly resolve customer issues and complaints. Having a persuasive and friendly attitude will make you successful in this role, which can lead you to a greater role. Seeing as we are an expanding company, we strive for candidates with the capabilities and want to expand themselves in the roles the company has to offer.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Ability to meet and exceed personal sales goals. Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Manage returns of merchandise Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/service.. Provide a compelling sales presentation based on our sales training. Ability to work as a team, to maximize sales. Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every guest. Participate in all areas of store's operation including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.

BEING BILINGUAL IS GREATLY PREFFERED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a high school diploma/GED. Must have 1-3 years; retail experience (Sales; Luxury or Jewelry Sales preferred). Basic math skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
