Job Description

Representing AT&T, our mission is to connect local communities with the latest, cutting-edge technology tailored to their specific service needs. As we continue to expand and innovate, we are looking for dedicated, motivated entry-level AT&T Sales Associates to join our team. As an AT&T Sales Associate at Temecula Associates, CA, you will be at the forefront of growth for our company. You will proactively engage with customers face-to-face in the community, offering them customized solutions that enhance their communication needs, all while helping them stay ahead of the curve with the latest tech offerings. Our primary goal is to increase customer satisfaction and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in an in-person environment. Identify customer needs and recommend the best telecommunications sales solutions, highlighting the features and benefits of our client's products over the competition. Proactively reach out to clients, introducing them to the latest technology products and services, utilizing a consistent and educational sales approach. Collaboration with our sales team leads to ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise. Facilitate communication between customers and client technicians to ensure a smooth service activation process. Remain informed on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor insights in order to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What We're Looking For In Our AT&T Sales Associate:
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive and independent individual who takes action as needed. Desire to help others stay connected with the best solutions. Basic knowledge of telecommunications services is preferred.

Employee Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, 40 hours/week
Earnings:
Commission-Based•AT&T Sales Associates earn $80 to $150 per qualified lead converted into a sale. On average, Advisors earn between $50,000-$65,000/year.
Work Location:
AT&T Associates are required to come to our office in Temecula daily and then head out to assigned territories through the Temecula area.
