Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting retail products or financial services that suit their needs. Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques. Support customers with basic math calculations for purchases, discounts, or financial transactions. Handle inquiries related to banking products, loans, or financial services with clarity and professionalism. Maintain knowledge of retail inventory, sales promotions, and current financial software systems to provide informed assistance. Assist in loan processing by collecting necessary documentation and verifying information efficiently. Ensure all cash registers are balanced at shift end through precise 10 key typing and retail math skills. Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist customers confidently. Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling, cashiering, and retail calculations. Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you succeed in engaging customers effectively. Previous exposure to loan processing or cash management tasks can be advantageous but is not mandatory. $2,850.00 - $4,500.00 per month
