From $20-22 per hour Full job description As a Service BDC Representative, you're one of the most important team members at Cumming Chevrolet. You're a critical point of contact for our Service Department guests and your communication is critical in creating a 5 star experience.What You'll Do:
- Communicate effectively with guests according to their preferred method of communication
- Answer incoming calls and work with vehicle owners to book appointments for vehicle service.
- Keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer
- Respond to guest and team inquiries in a timely fashion
- Make outbound calls to increase daily appointment counts
- Provide order status updates, appointment reminders and handle recall campaigns
- Assist with other duties as needed/ assigned
Qualifications:
- Great phone voice and experience handling high call volume
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not mandatory
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday-Friday
- Weekends as needed .
