Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Associates to join our dealership team at Fremont Mazda. The ideal candidate must be professional, dependable, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience. This position requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers throughout the entire sales process while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Duties Greet and assist customers in person, on the phone or via email Maintain excellent attendance and arrive to work on time daily Present a professional appearance at all times Demonstrate strong product knowledge regarding vehicles, features, and dealership product services Conduct vehicle walkarounds and explain vehicle features and benefits Accompany customers on test drives Maintain communication with prospective and existing customers Complete all required paperwork and CRM follow up activities accurately and timely Work closely with management and team members to meet dealership goals Qualifications Previous automotive sales experience is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Must be reliable, punctual, and self motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be comfortable using CRM system, and dealership software Valid Driver's License with clean Must have Sales License Ability to work flexible hours Team oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn If you are passionate about automotive sales and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you.
