We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Investment Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in financial services, investment sales, wealth management, capital markets, or alternative investments who are looking to build a career in the energy investment space. Position Overview The Investment Sales Associate will be responsible for developing investor relationships, presenting private energy investment opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through investment funding. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can effectively articulate complex investment opportunities to sophisticated investors. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with accredited investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. Present and market oil and gas investment opportunities. Translate technical and market data for prospective investors. Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, qualification, follow-up, and closing transactions. Collaborate with internal teams, including management, compliance, operations, and investor relations, to ensure an exceptional client experience. Stay informed on energy markets, oil and gas industry developments, macroeconomic trends, and regulatory changes affecting investment opportunities. Maintain detailed and accurate records of investor interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity within CRM system. Qualifications Required 1-3 years of experience in financial services, investment sales, wealth management, capital markets, business development, or related fields. Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio diversification strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional presentation and relationship-building abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Comfortable discussing financial concepts with investors. Preferred Experience working with accredited investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or institutional clients. Exposure to alternative investments, private placements, private equity, or energy-related investment offerings. Familiarity with Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), subscription agreements, and investor onboarding processes. Existing network of investor relationships. Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts related to oil and gas operations and energy markets. Experience using CRM platforms such as Go High Level, Calendly, or similar.
