We're looking for a motivated and energetic Sales associate to lead our membership growth and retention efforts. The ideal candidate loves fitness, thrives in a team environment, and has a strong drive to hit goals while providing an amazing experience for every woman who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Drive new membership sales and manage the full sales cycle (leads → tours → conversions). Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Manage and track leads through CRM systems and follow-up processes. Build strong relationships with current and prospective members. Collaborate with marketing to plan local outreach, events, and promotions. Oversee front desk operations and train staff on sales best practices. Maintain a welcoming, professional studio environment aligned with our brand values. Report weekly sales metrics and performance updates to the owner. Experience 1+ year of sales or management experience (fitness, wellness, or service industry preferred). Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. Availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed for events or peak times.
