Our mission is to provide a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for both enthusiasts and newcomers alike. We're seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Educate customers about our products, including cigars, tobacco, vaping devices, and accessories. Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. Ensure compliance with age verification and legal regulations. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products. Assist with packing web orders with care. Create a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about tobacco/vaping & glass products. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Must be at least 21 years of age.
