Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, providing exceptional service while assisting customers with their purchases, product knowledge, and store navigation. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages product exploration and sales growth. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and answering questions about our cannabis offerings Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit, or digital payments Conduct product demos to educate customers on product features and benefits Upsell additional products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting low inventory levels Provide excellent customer service through active listening, clear communication, and phone etiquette Qualifications Prior retail sales experience with supervising or leadership responsibilities preferred Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently Experience in grocery stores or retail environments is advantageous Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional attitude Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering an outstanding retail experience!
