You'll complete training, learn product details, and work as part of a team to hit store goals.- We welcome applications from active duty Marines and other service members.

- ## Key Responsibilities ### Customer Service & Sales
- Greet every customer and provide professional, respectful service
- Ask questions to understand needs and make clear recommendations
- Explain products simply (no pressure, no info-dumping)
- Offer relevant add-ons and current promotions at checkout
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and efficiently ### Product Knowledge
- Complete a 7-day training program before working solo
- Learn store products (vapes, disposables, glass, accessories)
- Understand nicotine strengths, flavors, and device/coil compatibility
- Use upselling techniques in a helpful, non-pushy way
- Accurately operate the POS and handle cash/card transactions ### Store Standards & Operations
- Keep the store clean: floors, counters, displays, and high-touch areas
- Restock and recover shelves throughout the shift (about every 2 hours)
- Help track low-stock items and support inventory counts as needed
- Follow opening/closing checklists and store procedures
- Ensure pricing/signage is correct and up to date
- ## Requirements
- 21+
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow processes and checklists
- Basic math skills and attention to detail at the register
- Willingness to learn products and comply with age-verification policies
- Retail experience preferred (but not required with strong work ethic)
- Bilingual a plus
