$16.90•$18.00 per hour (DOE) Job Summary As an Audi Service Greeter , you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient service drive experience. This highly visible position requires a friendly, professional, and proactive individual who can provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Warmly greet customers as they arrive on the service drive, directing them to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area. Assist with the valet process, including moving, tagging, and organizing customer vehicles. Prepare vehicles for customer pickup and delivery, ensuring they are ready, clean, and in the correct location. Provide shuttle service for customers to and from the dealership. Perform dealership opening duties, including ensuring the customer lounge is clean, presentable, and stocked with coffee, snacks, and other amenities. Manage inventory and place orders for coffee, snacks, and lounge supplies. Support the service team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Full Time Position.Benefits:
