is a rapidly growing firearm manufacturing company based in Ontario, California. We specialize in precision machining and high-quality components, utilizing state-of-the-art CNC equipment in a fast-paced job shop environment. We are expanding our team and seeking experienced CNC Operators who take pride in quality and consistency. Responsibilities Change cutting tools and set offsets for new inserts and end mills Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and part drawings accurately Inspect parts during production to ensure compliance with specifications Perform basic machine maintenance and routine cleaning Deburr parts as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work independently while managing time efficiently Stand for the duration of the scheduled shift Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Setup Operator or Shop Lead Proficient with precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and indicators Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable working in a high-precision, fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience operating both vertical and horizontal CNC mills Willingness to learn and grow within the company (training available for motivated candidates) U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent resident status (ITAR facility compliance). Must be able to pass a California DOJ background check . Preferred Experience Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling machines Experience with horizontal mills with pallet changers Background operating CNC turn-mill machines Familiarity with full machine setup processes Shifts Available Day Shift 2nd /
