Full Job Description Position:

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities Maintain sales goals and client relations Deliver excellent customer service (in-person and phone) Open and close the store Process transactions through the cash register Telemarketing sales Receive, stock, and display merchandise Update price tags Assist with store maintenance and event preparation Lift up to 40 lbs., and perform physical tasks including walking, bending, crouching, and carrying boxes Requirements 1+ years sales experience 1+ years customer service experience Telemarketing experience Communication and conflict resolution skills Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, POS systems) Restocking experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Highly organized, professional, adaptable, and proactive Benefits 401(k) matching Health, dental, life, and vision insurance Employee discount Paid time off: up to 24 days PTO, 5 vacation days after 1 year, 6 paid holidays, 3 sick days, 10 Covid sick days (CA requirements apply)
