By maintaining a strong understanding of AT&T products and services, our team supports customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth within residential communities. We are currently seeking a Bilingual AT&T Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on customer outreach and sales through professional, customer-focused interactions while representing the AT&T brand and supporting company objectives. The ideal candidate is bilingual and is interested in developing product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service experience. This position is well-suited for someone beginning a career in sales. What does a typical day as a Bilingual AT&T Sales Associate look like? Identify potential customers and discuss wireless service options in a residential setting Communicate effectively with both English- and non-English-speaking customers Follow up with customers and deliver sales presentations based on individual needs Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product offerings, pricing, and promotions Customize sales approaches to support customer satisfaction and retention Collaborate with team members to share strategies and meet sales goals Provide customer support throughout the sales process, including answering questions and handling customer information professionally
Qualifications:
Bilingual Reliable transportation for commuting to the office Commitment to providing quality customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach Active listening skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
