We pride ourselves on friendly service, attention to detail, and making complex shipping needs simple for our customers. ⸻ Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pack & Ship Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role where you'll assist customers with shipping and packing, handle retail transactions, and support day-to-day store operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Assist customers with domestic and international shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) Safely pack items of various sizes, including fragile and high-value goods Operate POS system to process transactions (cash, card, etc.) Print shipping labels and prepare shipments for pickup Answer basic questions about shipping rates, delivery times, and services Handle mailbox rentals and customer mail (sorting, logging, distributing) Assist with printing, copying, and basic document services Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Restock packing supplies and retail items as needed Manage online orders, including processing incoming requests, preparing shipments, and coordinating pickups or customer notifications Assist customers in setting up and managing mailbox services, such as explaining available options, filling out required forms, and verifying proper identification. ⸻ Qualifications No prior pack-and-ship experience required (but it is a plus!)
