You'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, helps them find what they need, and keeps the store looking great. Duties Warmly greet and assist customers, helping them locate products and answering inquiries. Provide tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Operate the cash register with accuracy, processing sales, returns, and exchanges. Restock merchandise, organize inventory, and assist with regular stock checks. Demonstrate product features through in-store demos to enhance customer experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and promotional areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Apply basic retail math skills in stock management and sales tracking. Guide and support junior staff when needed, helping them with daily tasks. Answer phone calls professionally and assist with customer inquiries. Requirements Prior experience in retail or grocery preferred, but not required. A reliable form of transportation Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable handling cash and using a cash register. A basic understanding of retail math concepts is a plus. A proactive team player who also takes initiative when needed.
