Client Advisor — Luxury Fashion Boutique About COMMÁ COMMÁ Concept Store | Palm Springs, CA COMMÁ is a high-end fashion and lifestyle concept store in Palm Springs offering a curated mix of emerging and established designers in an elevated boutique environment. We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our small founding retail team. This is an opportunity to work closely with ownership in a highly personalized, relationship- driven retail setting focused on exceptional service, styling, and client experience.

Position:

Client Advisor COMMÁ Concept is seeking a passionate and style-driven Client Advisor to join our founding retail team. This is a highly hands-on role within a small, collaborative environment where every team member contributes to the overall client experience and daily rhythm of the store. The ideal candidate is naturally warm, detail-oriented, visually aware, and genuinely excited about fashion, design, and people. Beyond sales, this role is about building relationships, creating memorable experiences, and helping shape the culture of COMMÁ from the very beginning. Responsibilities Deliver elevated and personalized client service Build long-term relationships with clients through thoughtful communication and styling support Assist clients with wardrobe styling and product recommendations Maintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the store Support visual merchandising and merchandising updates Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and organization Process transactions accurately through POS systems Support in-store events, activations, and client appointments Contribute positively to a small team environment with flexibility and initiative Help maintain the overall atmosphere, cleanliness, and aesthetic of the boutique Qualifications Previous experience in luxury retail, contemporary fashion, hospitality, or client service preferred Strong interest in fashion, styling, design, and culture Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a small team and wearing multiple hats Professional, polished, and dependable Experience with clienteling or relationship-driven sales is a plus Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Understands understated luxury and personal service Values quality over quantity Has a strong visual sensibility Enjoys connecting with people authentically Thrives in an intimate boutique environment rather than a large corporate setting Wants to grow with an independent and creatively driven business Compensation & Benefits $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience Additional commission opportunities available Employee discount and wardrobe incentives Opportunity for growth within an independent luxury retail concept
