Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Retail Lead to join our team. This position supports day-to-day dispensary operations while delivering excellent customer service and helping maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations and team workflow
- Assist with inventory organization and stock management
- Follow proper cash handling and POS procedures
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Educate customers on cannabis products and methods of consumption
- Verify customer identification and age requirements
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Communicate operational issues or customer concerns to management
- Stay informed on cannabis products and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous retail, hospitality, or dispensary experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Cannabis knowledge preferred
- Inventory or POS experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
