What to Expect TheEngineering Supervisor, OptimusTechnicians leads a large team of 20+EngineeringTechnicians within the Humanoid AI Robot team who support and sustain the research and development of our prototype robots and sub-systems.
You'llbe leading the team that is building/repairing the first iterations of the machines that make the machines, including highly actuated and electronically/computationally dense robots. You will have a blend of leading large teamsoperatingin a 24/7 capacity, creating clear efficientshift schedules, andhands-on building experience and responsibilities around analysis, testing, and documentation. Projects are open-ended and often with limited up-front guidance. The successful candidate for this position must have a broad background leadingteamsin Mechatronics, Industrial, and/or Automotive, Precision Medical Device, Maintenance, and Testing.

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
Ability to travel up to 75%
Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry; automotive expertise is notrequired
Experienceleadinglarge teams
Proven experience leading field, technical repair,or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities
Experience running complex processes using Lean or other techniques

Expected Compensation
$120,800 - $181,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
