Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Telemarketer to support the growth of specialized education services. This is a great opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys high-volume outreach, and has a passion for building relationships and generating new business. The ideal candidate can quickly learn service offerings, identify prospects, and confidently drive the sales process from initial outreach through closing. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities Present and promote specialized education services to potential clients Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Maintain consistent follow-up and an active, organized sales pipeline Build and nurture strong client relationships Accurately track all interactions and activities in a CRM system Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Qualifications 2+ years of outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development experience Proven success selling in B2B and/or B2C environments Strong experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closing Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Strong time management and follow-through Preferred Experience Background in education services, staffing, consulting, or other service-based industries Experience selling into education or related sectors Bilingual Spanish (preferred) Strong objection-handling and closing skills Experience using CRM systems and working with sales metrics Work Environment & Perks Open floor, business casual setting Collaborative team environment that is productive but not overly loud Onsite parking included Opportunity to work closely with leadership and grow within a dynamic organization
Location:
Pasadena, CA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Compensation:
