Job Description
Automotive Sales Associate Victory Dealer Group is seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to fill an automotive sales position. Serving the North Bay for over 30 years, Victory Dealer Group is family owned and operated, with an expertise in cultivating employee development in partnership with providing exceptional customer experience.
Pay:
$6,500/month guarantee for 90 days (for the right candidate) , with the opportunity to earn performance bonuses on top of that. We offer an aggressive compensation plan up to 35% commission plus weekly and monthly bonuses.We are seeking:
A self-motivated sales professional capable of taking ownership of responsibilities and performing with enthusiasm and positivity.Job Requirements:
- 2 years sales experience; previous dealership experience a huge plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work full time, including weekends
- Bilingual a huge plus
- Valid California Driver's license with two or fewer points
- Ability to thrive under pressure, exceeding high performance standard and expectations
- Ability to make 50-60 calls per day
Responsibilities:
Approach, greet and offer assistance and direction to customers Assist with vehicle selection, providing knowledge and guidance when needed Explain product performance, specs and application to potential buyers Perform high-quality and professional demonstration of vehicles Build and maintain strong rapport with customers Learn to overcome objections, perform to company standards and thrive in high-pressure environment Report to Sales Management Team regarding activities, objectives and expectationsWe Offer:
