Job Description
Keith Giusto Bakery Supplies has an opening in our operations department. As an operations team member, you will move quickly from interacting with retail and wholesale customers on the phone to data entry, as well as occasionally working in our retail store. Strong customer service, phone skills, and effective time management matter. As part of a six-person team, communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills are important. Being a good team player and a positive written and verbal communicator, are part of the picture. Maintaining inventory accuracy and maintaining item databases are part of your ongoing responsibilities. We value positive attitudes and enthusiastic personalities. Our environment is a friendly, team-based approach to work. We cross train our team to provide job support throughout the building, so versatility and flexibility are beneficial traits. We work with the Microsoft Suite of programs, and our inventory system is through Netsuite. Previous experience with Netsuite is not necessary but would make onboarding quicker. We provide competitive pay, benefits- eligible 60 days from hire date, and more. Great work life balance with a Monday to Friday 8-5 schedule, closed on major holidays.
