Sales Associate Magical Cap Placentia, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Job Summary Magical Cap is looking for energetic, confident, and camera-friendly individuals to host live streams and help drive online sales through engaging product demonstrations and customer interaction. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, being on camera, creating hype, and selling in a fun, fast-paced environment. As a Live Stream Host, you will go live on platforms like TikTok Shop to demonstrate our hat-cleaning products, interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, showcase before-and-after results, and encourage customers to purchase during the stream. The ideal candidate is outgoing, comfortable improvising on camera, and able to keep energy high throughout the live.
Responsibilities:
Host live streams promoting Magical Cap products Demonstrate hat-cleaning products live on camera Engage with viewers, answer questions, and build excitement Encourage sales through product explanations, promotions, and limited-time offers Maintain a high-energy, entertaining, and professional presence Collaborate with the team on stream ideas, hooks, and sales strategies Help create viral-style content and short clips from livestreams Stay knowledgeable about products, pricing, and promotions
Qualifications:
Comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods Strong communication and sales skills Outgoing personality with high energy and confidence Ability to engage an audience and keep attention Social media or live-streaming experience is a plus Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred Reliable, motivated, and coachable
Work Environment:
Indoor office/streaming setup Flexible scheduling may be available Opportunity for bonuses or commission based on performance
