Selling is an essential function of this job. Previous experience with spa package sales, fitness membership sales, mobile phone sales, and cosmetic sales is highly preferred. Base pay is $17, with bonuses ranging from $18-27/ per hr Open availability and full-time (five days) are preferred. Morning shift is 7:30 am

• 2 pm Evening Shift is 2pm
• 8:30 pm Saturday and Sunday 7:30 am

Role The role of a Guest Service Associate (GSA) is to represent European Wax Center professionally and consistently while upholding the company's core values. The Guest Service Associate is the first and last impression of the guest's entire experience, so it is important always to maintain a cheerful and positive attitude. Please note that this is a sales position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling wax passes. Responsible for all opening and closing procedures of the center. Responsible for managing the Reservation Book, guest requests, and associate availability. Responsible for maintaining the front of the center, including, but not limited to, restocking product shelves and refilling brochures and card holders. Responsible for maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals. Responsible for center cleanliness

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Open availability to work opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Prior Sales experience and ability to interact and sell to guests. Ability to use and operate software-based point of sale system. A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor. An ability to work independently with limited supervision. A professional appearance at all times.
