You will assist customers in finding the perfect pair of shoes, maintain store visuals, and contribute to a energetic team environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Engage customers with product knowledge, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchases Process transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering procedures, including cash management and retail math Manage cash register operations efficiently, ensuring precise cash handling and balancing at shift end Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain organized displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments Knowledge of banking or financial services processes is a plus Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote products effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
