Job Description

ETA Pathway, a sales and development firm, is hiring a full-time Entry Level Management Associate to support Frontier in Ontario. In this role, you'll lead by example, meeting customers to explain how Frontier's reliable internet and TV services can improve their daily lives. The Entry Level Management Associate guides a sales team through daily sales goals, helping them turn conversations into commitments. As an Entry Level Management Associate, you'll dive into our training program designed to sharpen your leadership and people skills. You will head into Ontario to drive sales by showing customers the unmatched reliability of Frontier. By mastering our sales techniques, the Entry Level Management Associate successfully oversees a team and increases our local presence. Core Functions of the Entry Level Management Associate Assist with customer-facing sales efforts that promote Frontier internet and TV services to customers looking for improved entertainment and connectivity. Assist leadership with coordinating customer outreach activities, enrollment support, and relationship-driven sales efforts that promote Frontier service growth Guide customers through Frontier service options by helping explain internet speeds, TV packages, and bundle choices in a clear and approachable manner Help maintain customer relationships through follow-up communication, account updates, and service support that improve long-term satisfaction Support team sales performance by contributing to customer acquisition efforts and assisting with market sales outreach initiatives Reinforce Frontier brand presence by participating in customer engagement activities and customer-focused sales promotions Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Management Associate Reliable organizational habits that help manage tasks and sales consistency Early leadership qualities demonstrated through initiative and accountability. Sales‑aligned instincts that help identify customer needs and introduce solutions. Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and guide customers or team members toward solutions.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
