In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting the perfect fragrances, and promoting beauty and cosmetics products. Your expertise in retail sales and customer engagement will help create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of various fragrances and beauty products. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of fragrance products through effective merchandising. Handle transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty and cosmetics to effectively communicate with customers. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or beauty & cosmetics sales is preferred. Familiarity with salon software and retail math is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Knowledge of cosmetology, makeup application, and product demos will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, time management abilities, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
