Role:
As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support within our organization. Your primary focus will be to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals and ensure a positive experience for customers and team members alike. This position requires adaptability, strong communication, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will contribute to daily operations by performing assigned tasks accurately and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes. Ultimately, your efforts will help foster a productive and inclusive work environment that drives overall business success.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or team-oriented role. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or inventory management software. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously. Check in members for their court reservations or program Assist customers in the Pro Shop with purchases of paddles, pickleball gear, beverages and snacks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. Assist in inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and tracking supplies as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.

Basic literacy and numeracy skills enable accurate handling of transactions, inventory, and documentation. Preferred skills like multitasking and familiarity with technology enhance daily efficiency and adaptability in dynamic work settings. Problem-solving abilities support quick resolution of challenges, contributing to smooth operations. Our hours are 6am to midnight daily. Positions are all part-time. Opening shift 5:30am-11:30am Closing shift 7pm-12:30 am Other shifts will be typically 4-6 hours
