Metal Fabrication & Manufacturing Location:
Redding, CA | In-Person We are a growing metal fabrication and manufacturing company seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys working directly with customers to deliver high-quality solutions. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a passion for industrial products and customer service—this could be your next career move.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to inbound inquiries on a multi-line phone system Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in construction, fabrication, and related industries Guide customers in selecting the right metals and fabrication services for their projects Build long-term customer relationships through attentive service and follow-up Learn and communicate the features and benefits of our metal products and services Input quotes, orders, and customer information into QuickBooks and spreadsheets accurately Provide administrative and sales support to the office and production teams
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and customer service (required) Experience in metal manufacturing, fabrication, construction supply, or a similar industrial field (strongly preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (Manufacturing & Wholesale edition is a plus) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy sales environment Self-starter who asks questions and seeks solutions independently
