The Customer Relations Associate will cater to customer account needs, maintain engagement activity, and help shoppers choose the AT&T wireless devices that keep them connected every day. As a Customer Relations Associate, you engage customers in person and turn everyday visits into meaningful customer service moments. The Customer Relations Associate builds trust through friendly guidance and consistent in-store support while creating a welcoming retail experience. Core Functions of the Customer Relations Associate Greet customers in-store, listening carefully and recommending AT&T wireless solutions that lead to enrollment. Show the latest phones and devices, explaining features in simple terms as well as help customers with their account maintenance. Assist with enrollments, upgrades and trade-ins, and turning customer interest into completed journeys. Keep the store clean and welcoming, with displays that make shopping easy and drive sales. Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Relations Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Friendly communicator. Dependable and able to keep accounts accurate. Excited to move up in AT&T with a strong performance. Preferred Skills for the Customer Relations Associate Maintains a friendly store atmosphere while driving consistent performance. Breaks down device features clearly to support smarter decisions. Uses active listening to turn curiosity into meaningful opportunities.
