The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping customers join our membership program. This is a commission plus hourly position. Candidates must have a 1 year minimum experience in a role that paid commissions. We will only review candidates that have commissioned sales experience. While sales are of critical importance to this role, we value candidates who are enthusiastic, authentic, hard working, and most of all, who care deeply for the experience of their customers. Duties Sell memberships to prospective guests Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with product inquiries. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Assist in supervising team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries via phone Requirements Previous experience in commissioned sales is required Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for cash handling Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative when needed. Supervising experience is a plus, as it will aid in team leadership during shifts.
