We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member who enjoys connecting with people and creating a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner. Provide product recommendations and educate customers on crystals, metaphysical tools, and related products. Process sales accurately using a POS system. Maintain attractive product displays and assist with retail merchandise and keep the store clean, organized, and inviting. Assist with inventory and general store operations. Create and contribute content for social media platforms (experience preferred). Help promote sales, events, and new products. Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales goals. Qualifications Retail sales and customer service experience preferred. Experience with visual merchandising and product displays. Social media marketing experience is a plus. Baseline knowledge of crystals is required. Knowledge of gemstones, metaphysical products, tarot, herbs, or other spiritual practices is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash transactions. Basic retail math skills. Positive attitude, dependable, and motivated to help customers. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Loves helping people. Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful environment. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay of $18.00 per hour, with higher pay based on experience and metaphysical knowledge.
