This is your opportunity to be a part of an elite, high performance dealership group with room for growth and training. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Welcome all customers to the dealership Assist customers in selecting the perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle to fit their needs and desires Provide information on the motorcycles, offer test rides and complete tours of the dealership Completing timely follow up through phone calls, e-mails and text messages selling the fun and excitement of Harley-Davidson to customers Updating of Customer Relationship Management System to manage workload on a daily basis We will train the right people and provide the tools you need to be successful

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

No sales experience required, we will train you Outgoing, energetic, helpful and positive personality Be able to follow a structured sales process on value based selling Driven with the ambition to meet and exceed goals by constantly learning and improving Motivated by commission and eager to improve Time management skills to be consistently productive Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Compensation:

Industry leading compensation based on performance Large, aggressive sold volume based bonuses 10 Sold per month estimate = $56,000+/year 15 Sold per month estimate = $96,000+/year 20 Sold per month estimate = $145,000+/year
